His coaching style is built on a global foundation of wrestling experience and a professional career in strength and conditioning. He has trained and competed in multiple countries and spent years inside top Division 1 wrestling rooms, studying how elite athletes prepare and perform. As a full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach, he understands how to break down movement, teach efficient body mechanics, and build transferable grappling skills—allowing him to coach jiu jitsu in a way that helps students move smarter and develop a more complete and effective game.
When not training/coaching he enjoys lifting heavy things, ice fishing, and minecraft.
